SUSD Inaugural Foundation Golf Tournament a success!

The Scottsdale Unified School District Foundation connected with community business leaders for an afternoon of golf at the Grayhawk Golf Club on May 13, 2008. This event was the foundation’s first major fundraiser. Thanks to our generous sponsors and donors, the Foundation netted over $50,000. Following the scramble golf tournament golfers, guests and district teachers, staff and parents gathered for dinner and remarks by Dr. Mark Stieg - SUSD Foundation Chair, Dr. John M Baracy - SUSD Superintendent and Brad Casper - SUSD Foundation Vice Chair.
